30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Because our products include The Honey Pot Company herbal sanitary pads, period care kits, intimate washes, wipes, sprays, and boric acid herbal suppositories which are personal hygiene and feminine care items, return eligibility is subject to strict health and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

•Sanitary Pads & Intimate Care Products: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, intact sealed packaging. Due to the extremely sensitive intimate and hygienic nature of feminine care products, any items that have been opened, used, tried on, or have broken seals are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage).

•You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

•Gift cards and final sale/clearance items.

•Opened or used sanitary pads, intimate wipes, sprays, and suppositories (due to strict medical and personal hygiene regulations).

•Returns initiated based on personal subjective preference or individual bodily response.

Return Shipping Costs

We support eligible returns. If your return is due to our error, shipping damage (e.g., severely damaged outer packaging during transit), or product defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns initiated due to customer preference for eligible (unopened) items, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return

1.Contact our customer support team at info@thehonogpot.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if items arrived damaged.

2.Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

3.Securely pack the items and ship them to our designated returns address.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or with quality defects (e.g., severe packaging damage, compromised product seals, or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thehonogpot.shop with clear photos. We will promptly arrange for a full refund or a free replacement.
